Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our platform or making a booking. They set out your rights and responsibilities as a user of Campluss.

- We operate a campus rickshaw platform — rides are performed by independent drivers, not by us.
- Rides are anonymous — no account required to book a ride.
- Driver availability depends on active subscription status and campus schedule.
- By using the platform you agree to provide accurate name and phone number.
- Admin-managed daily fees apply to drivers; riders pay drivers directly per trip.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Campluss platform (the "Platform"), creating an account, or placing an order or booking a ride, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The most current version is always available at this URL.
2. About the Platform
What we provide
Campluss ("we", "our", "us") operates an online platform that connects users with local vendors, drivers, and service providers across campus. We act as the facilitator and payment intermediary — we do not directly provide rides, food, or goods, but connect you with verified local partners listed on the Platform.
Provider responsibility
Each service is provided and delivered solely by the respective local partner ("Provider"). Providers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of Campluss. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Provider.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to create an account or place an order. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
Account creation
To place an order you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported OAuth provider (currently Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, abuses the Platform, or poses a risk to other users or Providers. You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us.
4. Bookings & Payments
Booking process
An order is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us. Until that confirmation is sent, no binding contract for the service exists. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the Platform are in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are set by Providers and may change at any time prior to your order being confirmed. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy but are not responsible for typographical errors.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and supported mobile payment methods, depending on your region. All payment processing is handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partners. By providing payment details you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise us to charge the full order amount.
Currency and fees
If your payment card or account is denominated in a currency other than the order currency, your bank or payment provider may apply foreign exchange fees. We are not responsible for such fees.
Service fee
We charge a platform service fee on each order. This fee is displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm payment. The service fee is non-refundable unless the service is cancelled by the Provider or by us.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Provider cancellation policy
Each service listing specifies its own cancellation policy. These policies are set by the Provider and are binding. The applicable policy is displayed on the service page and in your order confirmation.
Cancellation by you
To cancel an order, log in to your account and navigate to 'My Orders', or contact us at support@campluss.vercel.app. Refunds are calculated in accordance with the Provider's cancellation policy at the time of your original order and will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation by the Provider
If a Provider cancels a confirmed order, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the platform service fee. We will notify you as soon as possible and, where available, offer alternative services.
Force majeure
Neither we nor Providers are liable for cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, civil unrest, pandemics, or acts of terrorism. In such cases, the applicable refund policy will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
No-shows
Failure to appear for a booked service at the designated time and location is treated as a cancellation within the shortest cancellation window and no refund will be issued unless the Provider's policy states otherwise.
6. User Conduct
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or ride requests; impersonate any person or entity; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Platform; post harmful, defamatory, or illegal content; or circumvent any security measure.
Reviews and content
If the Platform allows you to post reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that you own or have the right to share all content you post, and that it is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Platform to place orders on behalf of others for commercial resale or profit without our prior written consent. Reselling or transferring confirmed orders to third parties is prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
Our content
All content on the Platform — including text, logos, images, graphics, software, and service descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Campluss and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without our express written permission.
Provider content
Service descriptions, images, and listings provided by Providers remain the intellectual property of the respective Provider. We display such content under licence from each Provider.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Platform provided 'as is'
The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
Services
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any service listed on the Platform. You use any service at your own risk. We recommend reviewing vendor ratings and driver details before confirming your order or ride.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Third-party links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of any third-party site. Accessing such sites is at your own risk.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Campluss, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to the Platform.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
Dispute resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Notwithstanding this, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
11. General Provisions
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order-specific terms communicated at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Campluss with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
